Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine or 2 tablespoons cooking wine
- 2 salmon fillets
Directions
- Combine sugar, butter, juice, soy sauce, and wine.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and cover with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3-6 hours.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees, basting every 15 minutes.
