Brown Sugar Salmon

One of the many fish recipes I found one year during Lent - this one made it easy to give up meat. Very easy, but the taste is out of proportion to the effort. Show more

  1. Combine sugar, butter, juice, soy sauce, and wine.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and cover with the marinade.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3-6 hours.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees, basting every 15 minutes.
