Brown Sugar Ham Balls

These are a hit at our house. Mmakes great appetizers during parties as well.

Directions

  1. Using a grinder, grind ham, beef and pork together two times.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend eggs, pepper, bread crumbs and milk together.
  3. Add meat mixture.
  4. Shape into balls and arrange in a single layer cake pan.
  5. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ham balls.Cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for one hour.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
