Brown Sugar Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ham
- 1⁄2 lb beef
- 1 lb lean pork
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
Directions
- Using a grinder, grind ham, beef and pork together two times.
- In a medium bowl, blend eggs, pepper, bread crumbs and milk together.
- Add meat mixture.
- Shape into balls and arrange in a single layer cake pan.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over ham balls.Cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for one hour.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
