Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- salmon (1/2 Fillet)
- brown sugar (3 T.)
- soy sauce, reduced sodium (1 T.)
- Dijon mustard (4 tsp.)
- apple cider vinegar (1 tsp.)
Directions
- Cut salmon widthwise into 2 pieces. Place in a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 425* for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar. bring to a boil. Brush evenly over salmon. Broil 6" from heat for 1-2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
