Brown Sugar Frosting

Yields: 1 8" x 8" cake

Ingredients

  • 1  cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup  condensed milk
  • 1  tablespoon  light Karo syrup
  • 1  tablespoon butter
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients. Boil to softball stage, remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoons vanilla, and beat till smooth. Spread over your prepared cake.
