Brown Sugar Cream Fudge

This fudge is super easy to make and melts in your mouth!! My family cannot resist it because it is so good!! Great gift for the holidays!!

• Yields: 36 squares

Ingredients

• 3  cups brown sugar
• 1  cup butter
• 1  cup evaporated milk (canned)
• 2  lbs icing sugar (powdered sugar)
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Boil brown sugar, butter and milk over medium heat in a medium size pot, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Add icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
3. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
4. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
5. Let cool.
