Brown Sugar Cream Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk (canned)
- 2 lbs icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Boil brown sugar, butter and milk over medium heat in a medium size pot, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
- Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Let cool.
