Brown Sugar & Bacon Roasted Squash

Yields: 1-2 squash

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds.
  3. Lay on cookie sheet or roasting pan.
  4. Mix 1 cup brown sugar with half stick (1/4 cup) melted butter and sprinkle inside each squash half.
  5. Lay bacon strips across each half.
  6. Bake in oven 45-50 minutes until squash is tender.
