Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger
- dried chili pepper flakes
Directions
- In a small saucepan, blend starch, ginger, soy, vinegar and sugar. Slowly stir in beef broth and oyster sauce. Stir over a low heat until thickened and transparent. Stir in chili flakes. Serve hot.
