Brown Gravy Mix

I like this recipe because I can control the amount of sodium in it. The packaged mixes on the market contain enormous amounts of salt. I use low sodium beef bouillon. This makes a single recipe, but you can use the calculator to make a larger recipe and have it stored in your cupboard ready to use. This is nice made in the pan after you've browned meat. Show more

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker jar, and mix well.
  2. Pour into a shallow pan.
  3. Cook and stir until thickened.
