Broiled Scallop Gratin

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 minced fresh parsley (dried ok)
- 1⁄4 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup minced green onion
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 lbs sea scallops
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
- Place scallop mixture in baking dish (or divide evenly into individual gratin dishes- Place dishes on baking sheet).
- Broil 10 minutes or until scallops are done (I broiled until slightly brown).
