Broiled Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (use whole fresh salmon about 6 lbs)
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Pre-heat Broiler.
- Place fillets on broiling pan, skin side down.
- Combine ketchup and mayonnaise and spread thickly over salmon.
- Broil 4 inches from element for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediatlely with lemon wedges.
