Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chopped dried rosemary or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Directions
- Preheat broiler, and line broiler pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place chicken on broiler pan.
- In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together well. Divide 2/3 of the butter mixture amongst chicken breasts and spread evenly over each.
- Broil in preheated oven, turning and frequently coating with remaining herb/butter mixture, for about 15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
