Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

  1. Preheat broiler, and line broiler pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place chicken on broiler pan.
  2. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together well. Divide 2/3 of the butter mixture amongst chicken breasts and spread evenly over each.
  3. Broil in preheated oven, turning and frequently coating with remaining herb/butter mixture, for about 15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
