Broiled Cheesy Appetizers

Try this quick and easy appetizer for your next party.

• Yields: 20 slices

Ingredients

• 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese
• 1⁄3 cup bacon bits
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons  chopped onions
• 20  slices  miniature party rye rounds

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together except bread.
2. Spread about 1 tbsp mixture on each slice of bread.
3. Set broiler at 550 degrees.
4. Place broiler tray at least 4 inches from heat.
5. Broil 1- 2 mins.
6. until cheese melts.
