Brock's Blue Cheese Dressing

I have had this dressing at many BBQs. I just got the recipe the other day from Shari, Brock's wife. This is the best simply put nothing can compare!

• Yields: 2 quarts

Ingredients

• 2  cups buttermilk
• 16  ounces cream cheese (Philadelphia)
• 3 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise (Hellman's)
• 2  inches  wedge blue cheese
• 2  garlic cloves
• 1  medium  white onion (grated)
• 2  tablespoons parsley
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (Kosher)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper (cracked)

Directions

1. cream the cream cheese with the mayonnaise should be lumpy don't make smooth.
2. mash blue cheese with all remaining ingredients.
3. refrigerate for a day before serving will last for 10 days refrigerated.
