Brock's Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 16 ounces cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 3 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise (Hellman's)
- 2 inches wedge blue cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 medium white onion (grated)
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (Kosher)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper (cracked)
Directions
- cream the cream cheese with the mayonnaise should be lumpy don't make smooth.
- mash blue cheese with all remaining ingredients.
- refrigerate for a day before serving will last for 10 days refrigerated.
