Broccoli Rabe With Apricots and Pine Nuts

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the apricots, pine nuts, and garlic and cook, stirring, until the pine nuts and garlic are golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes; remove with a slotted spoon.
  2. Add the broccoli rabe, ¼ cup water, and salt to the skillet and cook, covered, until the broccoli rabe is tender, 2 to 3 minutes; add the apricots, pine nuts, and garlic.
