Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/2ounce) boxes  Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1  large onion, chopped
  • 4  eggs (or substitute)
  • 12 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box  frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 12 cup butter, softened

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Serve warm.
