Broccoli Casserole

This recipe was handed down to me by my mother. Holidays wouldn't be complete at our house, without it. A fancy way to serve broccoli that kids and adults will enjoy. I always get requests for this recipe. Can be made ahead and refrigerated the day before, but needs more baking time if you do this. You just want to make sure it is completely set in the center. Top will be a light brown. You can also substitute any favorite cheese for the cheddar. I've used a pre-mixed shredded Mexican mix for convenience. Show more
