Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen chopped broccoli
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup margarine or 1⁄2 cup butter
- 36 butter flavored crackers
Directions
- Thaw broccoli in warm water, then drain.
- Melt 1 stick of butter, with the velveeta cheese.
- Mix broccoli into the melted cheese and butter. Then put mixture into a non-stick 8x8 casserole dish.
- Crush the crackers, and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
- Melt the last stick of butter and pour over the dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
