  1. Thaw broccoli in warm water, then drain.
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter, with the velveeta cheese.
  3. Mix broccoli into the melted cheese and butter. Then put mixture into a non-stick 8x8 casserole dish.
  4. Crush the crackers, and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  5. Melt the last stick of butter and pour over the dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
