Brie With Roasted Peppers and Basil

Directions

  1. Slice brie in half, horizontally.
  2. Layer fresh basil leaves, fresh red roasted peppers, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and a little extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Place second half of brie on top.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
  5. Serve with sliced french bread.
