Ingredients

  • 34 cup soymilk
  • 34 cup  orange juice, chilled
  • 34 cup  unsweetened pitted  frozen dark sweet cherries, whole
  • 1  medium carrot, cut up and chilled
  • 14 cup soft tofu
  • 1  tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. In blender container, combine soy milk, orange juice, frozen cherries, carrot, tofu, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
