Ingredients

  • 1  cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 12 cup  low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 12-1  banana (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
  • 4  fresh strawberries
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice
  • 2  ice cubes

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
