What I make for myself in the mornings

Yields: 20 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  plain  unsweetened almond milk
  • 1  ounce  vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1  tablespoon  chia seeds
  • 1  teaspoon  green tea powder
  • 1  cup spinach
  • 1  apple
  • 1  banana
  • 12 cup  frozen peaches

Directions

  1. core the apple and cut into chunks, break up the banana.
  2. into your blender, add the almond milk, then the powders, then the remaining ingredients.
  3. pulse a few times to get everything going then blend for 2-3 minutes.
