Breakfast Slushies

Ingredients
- 2 pine apples, peeled, chopped (pineapples)
- 2 (250 g) punnets strawberries, hulled, chopped
- 6 passion fruit, pulp removed
- 4 limes, juice of
- 2 (425 ml) cans apricot nectar, chilled
- 3 cups crushed ice
Directions
- Blend pineapple and strawberries in batches until smooth. Pour into a large jug. Stir in passionfruit pulp, lime juice and apricot nectar. Mix well.
- One-third fill 10 tall glasses with ice. Pour over fruit mixture. Serve.
