Breakfast Sausage

Yields: 6-8 patties
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Mix together the first seven ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Form into patties and fry slowly in the oil until brown on each side.
