Breakfast Quickies-Spiced up Corn and Peas

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  frozen defrosted peas
  • 1  cup  chopped  baby corn
  • 1  teaspoon  chili flakes
  • 1  teaspoon butter
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2  teaspoons  finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  1. Heat the non stick pan for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add butter, defrosted peas and corn. Stir it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chilli flakes & salt. Stir it for a minute. Toss it well.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
