Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
- 2 cups fresh fruit
- 4 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In bowl, combine Greek yogurt and 1/2 tsp powdered stevia. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- In separate bowl, mix ground flax seed, 1 tsp stevia and cinnamon until well combined.
- In serving bowl, add yogurt mixture, top with fresh fruit of your choice. Sprinkle with ground flax seed mixture.
- You may also serve this in separate bowls or as a dessert in wine glasses.
- Serve chilled.
