Breakfast Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1⁄4 cups frozen raspberries or 1 1⁄4 cups blackberries
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Grease a 13x9" pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, almond milk, egg and vanilla.
- Add in fruit, flax seed, chia seed, and oatmeal. Mix well.
- Pour into the prepared pan and slice banana all over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
