Breakfast Cookies

A chewy cookie with almonds, raisins and oats for breakfast or brunch.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
  3. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
  4. In a medium size bowl stir together flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
  6. Drop by teaspoon small amounts onto a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
