Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sultana raisin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
- Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
- In a medium size bowl stir together flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
- Drop by teaspoon small amounts onto a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
- Place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
