Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 9 pkts.equal flavored artificial sweetener (I use Truvia zero calorie, natural sweetener)
- 2⁄3 cup granola cereal
- 1⁄2 cup Parkay margarine (softened)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In large mixing bowl slowly mix the ingredients together in the order listed.
- Stir until well blended.
- Drop by level Tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Gently flatten with either a fork, bottom of a cup or your hand.
- Bake 10-14 minutes, or until Golden.
- Remove from oven to wire rack to cool.
- Store in air-tight container.
