Breakfast Casserole

I served this at a brunch wedding shower. It takes a little prep time - but is well worth it.

Yields: 1 casserole 9by13

Directions

  1. Break up bread.
  2. Add to beaten eggs.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Combine the rest of ingredients with egg mixture.
  5. Pour into a 9 by 13 pan.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake at 350 for approx.
  9. 40 minutes.
