Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh sausage, browned slightly, crumbled
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed (crusts cut off optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Beat eggs well.
- add milk, bread cubes, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Add sausage and cheese last.
- Pour in a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from fridge while oven preheats.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350F or until set.
