Breakfast Casserole

This is an easy, healthy recipe to make if you are serving breakfast for a large group of people. NOTE: This is a basic recipe, so get creative and add some spices or maybe some bell peppers. Show more

Ingredients

  • 5  large  egg whites
  • 3  ounces ham, chopped
  • 2 12 slices  whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 78 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup  Mexican blend cheese, grated
  • 14 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
