Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage, bulk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk, plus 1 t
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Put bread cubes in 9x13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread.
- Beat eggs; add salt, milk and cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to egg mixture if you like.
