Breakfast Bran Muffins

I doctored a mix to make these. They are VERY moist, and taste almost like dessert! I eat them while I'm in class at university, and they're a good breakfast or snack. Show more

Serves: 8-12

Yields: 8-12 muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 34 cups  quaker low fat  honey bran muffin mix
  • 1 18 cups water
  • 1  small apple, chopped
  • 1  cup  baby carrots, chopped
  • 14 cup golden raisin

Directions

  1. preheat over and lightly spary your muffin pans.
  2. use a processor to chop the apple and carrots into small pieces, or use a knife.
  3. mix all ingredients until blended.
  4. fill cups 2/3 full.
  5. bake for 20-22 minutes.
  6. remove from pan when cool.
