Ingredients

  • BREADING DRY MIX

  • 14 cup  soy flour
  • 2  tablespoons  oat flour
  • 1  tablespoon sesame seeds
  • DIPPING SAUCE

  • 2  tablespoons  cream
  • 2  tablespoons egg substitute

Directions

  1. ***Note: This is enough to coat 6-8 chicken tenders.
  2. In a bowl, mix Dipping Sauce ingredients.
  3. Dry meat with paper towels.
  4. Place meat to be breaded (chicken breasts, chicken strips, pork chops, etc.) in the bowl and turn to coat well.
  5. In plastic bag, add all dry ingredients.
  6. Add half of meat to bag and shake to coat.
  7. Repeat with other half of meat.
  8. Fry in hot oil till browned on the outside and done on the inside.
  9. Time will vary according to the meat/seafood being cooked.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
