  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and boullion cube.
  2. Heat oil on med-hi in large skillet.
  3. Roll chops in flour mixture.
  4. Add to hot skillet.
  5. Cook and turn for 20 minutes, until chops are done and golden brown.
