Breaded Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets, boiled to fork-tender and cooled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- Mix cauliflower and egg, coating well.
- Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Heat butter over med-heat in skillet and saute garlic until soft.
- Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides.
