Bread Pudding

Directions
- This will take at least 1/2 loaf of bread.
- Mix eggs, sugar, salt, & vanilla.
- Add scalded milk.
- Wet the bread with water but squeeze as much of it out as possible.
- Make layers of bread, covering with above mixture.
- Sprinkle good with cinnamon and/or nutmeg, and add raisins if desired.
- Bake in a greased oven safe bowl in an oven at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until pudding is set.
