Bread-Maker Multi Grain Bread - Soft

Ingredients

  • 3  teaspoons  yeast, Sure Bake
  • 80  g  whole meal flour
  • 250  g white flour
  • 20  g polenta
  • 20  g  rye flour
  • 30  g  oat bran
  • 30  g  multi-grain  bread mix
  • 2  teaspoons  LSA
  • 1  tablespoon brown sugar
  • 23  g butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 300  ml water, cold

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the bread maker and cook as per Mixed Grain Bread Menu.
  2. Slice and serve as required.
