Bread Machine Whole Wheat Flax Bread

I got the original recipe from an Amish neighbor lady. With a little tweeking here and there I came up with this more convenient for me healthy bread recipe.

• Serves: 15
• Yields: 1 1 1/2 LB LOAF

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄3 cups water
• 1  tablespoon water
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons canola oil
• 3  tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄2 cups white bread flour
• 1 1⁄3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 cup ground flax seeds
• 1⁄4 cup  wheat bran
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 2  teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Add ingredient to the bread machine pan in the order given.
2. i select basic white bread setting, light crust and 1 1/2 lb loaf.
