Bread Machine Herbed Onion Bread

The wonderful aroma while this is baking makes it hard to wait for.

Ingredients

• 1  cup water, warmed
• 1  tablespoon water, warmed
• 2  tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
• 3  cups bread flour
• 2  teaspoons  dried onion flakes, minced
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dill weed
• 1  teaspoon poppy seed
• 2  tablespoons  nonfat dry milk powder
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. In bread machine put ingredients in, in order given.
2. Select basic bread setting.
3. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing: add 1 to 2 TBL. of water or flour if needed.
4. *Timer feature not recomended for this recipe.
5. Recipe makes a 1-1/2lb. loaf.
