Bread Machine Banana Nut Bread Yeast 1 Lb

Bread Machine-friendly cake-like Banana Nut Bread. Uses Yeast.

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon  yeast
• 1 1⁄2 cups bread flour (white)
• 1  cup  durum flour (available from indian bazaar)
• 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2  ripe bananas
• 4  tablespoons brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup warm water
• 1  large egg
• 1⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1  dash vanilla extract
• 8  walnuts
• 8  pecans

Directions

1. Put in bread-machine in order above. Set to basic or white bread or 3.13 hour cycle, at 1 lb.
