Bread Machine Bacon and Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup flat beer
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter
- 3 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3⁄4 teaspoons yeast
- 1⁄3-1⁄2 cup crumbled, cooked bacon
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the bread machine bowl except the bacon and yeast.
- Place the yeast in the yeast hopper.
- Add the bacon with 10 minutes remaining in the last knead cycle.
- Walk away!
