Bread Machine Bacon and Beer Bread

I made this last night for today's lunches. I would use more bacon next time, and maybe some shredded cheddar. Di

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup  flat beer
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped green onion
• 2  teaspoons yellow mustard
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter
• 3 1⁄4 cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1 3⁄4 teaspoons  yeast
• 1⁄3-1⁄2 cup  crumbled, cooked bacon

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine bowl except the bacon and yeast.
2. Place the yeast in the yeast hopper.
3. Add the bacon with 10 minutes remaining in the last knead cycle.
4. Walk away!
