Directions

  1. Cover cucumbers with salt and them ice cubes in a large bowl for three hours.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Add onion, peppers, garlic.
  4. Place all other ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Add cucumber mix and bring to second boil.
  6. Place in jars and use water bath to seal - approximately 10 minutes.
