Brazilian Float

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 cups strong black coffee
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream or 4 scoops chocolate ice cream
Directions
- Heat milk, chocolate and sugar to boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir till chocolate is melted.
- Add black coffee.
- Chill.
- To serve, beat coffe mixture till frothy.
- Pour into tall tumblers and add a scoop of ice cream.
