Brandied Gorgonzola Dip

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled aged gorgonzola
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon brandy, to taste
Directions
- Blend the gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve with various dippers: cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced cucumber, jicama sticks, pear, apple...
