Braised Spinach & Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 lbs spinach or 4 lbs kale
- 2 tablespoons vegan soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic
Directions
- Slice greens into small ribbons.
- Bring l 1/2 cups water and soy sauce to a boil.
- Add garlic and simmer uncovered for approximately 1 minute.
- Add greens, toss to coat with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until greens wilt and are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
