Braised Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce

This sauce is creamy and delicious..even if you use low fat milk and sour cream.

  1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Heat; add chops; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn chops; cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup broth with barbecue sauce; pour over chops.
  6. Cover tightly; simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove chops; keep warm.
  8. In same bowl, mix remaining broth, milk, sour cream and flour.
  9. Beat until smooth.
  10. Pour into skillet, cook and stir on med heat for 2 minutes.
  11. Serve sauce over chops.
