Braised Peas With Ginger and Cilantro

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 4 scallions, white part only, finely chopped (reserve tops for garnish)
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cilantro leaf
- 2 cups fresh shelled peas
- 2 tablespoons water
Garnish
- chopped scallion top
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable and sesame oil.
- Add garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add peas and 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook until peas are just tender.
- Serve garnished with scallion tops.
