Bow Ties or Farfalline With Tuna and Artichoke Hearts

Directions

  1. Bring 5 quarts of water to boil, add salt and bowties or farfalline or any other small pasta.
  2. Cook until al dente, about 6 minutes.
  3. Drain and place in large bowl.
  4. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, stir in artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, and string beans.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Add tuna crumbled with a fork.
  7. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, onion & garlic powder, Italian seasoning and remaining olive oil.
  8. Toss and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
