Boursin Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped scallions
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, toasted
Directions
- Bring the cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Combine all, adding the garlic, onion and parsley. Press into a dish or using wax paper, shape into a ball. Refrigerate 3-4 days. If using the pecans, roll the ball of cheese in the pecans before serving.
